ELEVATE is an MCWT member benefit for current and former first-line to middle managers. This 6-week program is uniquely combined with peer group exchanges and senior leader speakers to support career development and professional networking.

The MCWT Woman of the Year in Technology award will recognize two remarkable women in Michigan who are making significant impacts in the field of technology, specifically in the areas of Empowering Leader and Community Impact. The 2025 award recipients will be announced on November 1, 2025, during the MCWT Celestial Ball at the MGM Grand in Detroit.
This mentoring program was designed to enable women embarking on tech careers with one-on-one mentoring, as they are matched with senior tech leaders. The focus of this program is to develop the relationship with the mentor and mentee and provide guidance along the way to address the challenges that women face pursuing and sustaining tech careers.
ELEVATE: LEVEL UP is a dynamic six-month leadership development program created to empower women in technology to lead with confidence, clarity, and purpose. Designed for individual contributors, current managers, and emerging leaders alike, this transformative experience helps participants expand their influence, strengthen leadership capabilities, and build a powerful support network. Guided by a certified executive coach and powered by We Build Character, the program offers impactful content and a vibrant community to help women grow into visible, strategic, and inspiring leaders.
Women in Cyber is a virtual, cybersecurity-skills development program for professional career women. During this program, participants will use Immersive Labs’ interactive, hands-on content and CyberSkill exercises to empower one another in advancing their cybersecurity knowledge and experience.
The Leadership Clinic is for experienced female managers who are committed to developing their leadership skills and investing in their future. This annual clinic will provide a personalized, interactive experience with CIO’s and tech leaders from across Michigan.
