ELEVATE: LEVEL UP is a six-month, high-impact leadership development program designed to empower women in technology to become confident, visible, and influential leaders. Powered by We Build Character and facilitated by a certified professional executive coach, ELEVATE: LEVEL UP delivers transformational content and community designed specifically for:

Individual contributors ready to take the next step in their careers
Current managers seeking to strengthen and expand their leadership capabilities
Emerging leaders eager to increase their influence, vision, and strategic reach
Professionals looking to build confidence, gain visibility, and grow a powerful support network

If you are ready to lead with clarity, presence, and purpose, this program is for you!

What Participants Gain:

Confidence & Personal Branding – Define your strengths and own your space

Program Format Includes:

In person program kickoff and graduation in the city of Detroit
Monthly Virtual Workshops
Group Coaching Circles
Three hours of 1:1 Executive Coaching Sessions
A Vibrant and Supportive Community

Monthly Time Commitment:

~6 hours (Workshop, activities, coaching circle, and executive coaching)
