Over six months, you’ll combine industry-recognized technical learning with personalized career coaching, mentorship, networking, and a supportive community of women who are navigating career transitions alongside you. You won’t just build new skills—you’ll strengthen your story, rediscover what you bring to the table, and prepare to turn possibility into opportunity.
2026 Program Highlights:
- Six-Month Hybrid Experience – A combination of virtual learning, in-person sessions, and opportunities to connect
- Google Professional Certificate Learning Tracks – Build relevant, industry-recognized skills in areas such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, project management, UX design, data analytics and more
- Career Transition Support – Strengthen your résumé, professional story, confidence, and skills for today’s technology workplace through a series of four workshops and six coaching circles with coaching professionals
- Mentorship & Networking – Build relationships with MCWT mentors, technology professionals, employers, and fellow participants
- Dedicated Career Coach – Receive 2 months of personalized 1:1 career coaching as you refine your career goals and move towards your next career move
- A Community Behind You – Join women who understand the challenges—and possibilities—of starting a new professional chapter
