Elevate Your Leadership with MCWT

The Elevate program is designed exclusively for MCWT women members who are early-to-mid career individual contributors and first line managers seeking to enhance their leadership skills, accelerate their careers, and expand their professional networks. This six-week program offers both practical training and peer-driven development to support your growth as a leader.

Participants will engage in a blend of in-person and virtual sessions designed to equip emerging women technology leaders with the business acumen, strategic communication skills, and leadership capabilities needed to translate complex technical work into enterprise value, effectively manage organizational and technical challenges, and confidently engage with executive leadership and boards of directors.

Program Details:

Kick-off: September 23, 2026

Duration: 6 weeks on Wednesday evenings from 5:30 – 8:00 pm

Format: Three in-person sessions and three virtual sessions in three regional cohorts: Grand Rapids, Lansing and Metro Detroit

Expectations: Participants must attend all in-person and virtual workshops
