Ignite Your Tech Career with MCWT Mentoring

The MCWT Ignite! Mentoring program was a dynamic initiative designed to support women in the early stages of their tech careers. Aligned with MCWT’s mission to inspire and nurture women in tech, this program offered members a complimentary career mentoring experience. It focused on fostering leadership skills and building networks for early to mid-career tech professionals.

Program Highlights: 

  • 6-month duration
  • Flexible structure accommodating education, work, and personal commitments
  • Meticulous matching of mentees and mentors based on geography, shared goals, interests, and expertise

This mentoring program was designed to enable women embarking on tech careers with one-on-one mentoring, as they are matched with senior tech leaders. The focus of this program is to develop the relationship with the mentor and mentee and provide guidance along the way to address the challenges that women face pursuing and sustaining tech careers.
