ConnectNet: Building Inclusive Connections Across Michigan 

ConnectNet is a dynamic, interactive event series designed to empower MCWT members and tech professionals to connect, collaborate, and grow. These quarterly gatherings provide a welcoming space to build meaningful relationships with individuals from across Michigan, including high-caliber students, professionals, entrepreneurs, managers, leaders, and those in career transitions. By fostering connections across industries, educational backgrounds, and experience levels, ConnectNet helps create a more inclusive and innovative workplace while advancing MCWT’s mission and vision.

Each ConnectNet session is an opportunity for social, personal, and professional development. Attendees engage in thought-provoking discussions, participate in collaborative activities, and gain insights from facilitators and guest speakers. These events are tailored to promote strong group dynamics, inspire leadership, and encourage the application of ideas through active participation. 

With events held across Michigan in regions like Grand Rapids, Lansing, Benton Harbor, Bay City, Kalamazoo, Metro Detroit, and more, ConnectNet makes it easy to engage with a statewide network committed to inclusivity and innovation.
