Unlock Your Path to the C-Suite 

The Leadership Clinic is an intensive, hands-on program designed for experienced female managers who are eager to advance their careers and move into the C-suite within the next 2-5 years. This high-impact, day-and-a-half clinic features interactive sessions, leadership coaching, and real-world insights from executives who have made the transition to the C-suite. 

Targeting women in management who are committed to refining their executive skills and investing in their professional growth, the Leadership Clinic includes: 

Day 1: 

Three dynamic, interactive sessions led by expert leadership coaches covering key topics: 

  • Transforming Your Career: Executive Presence, Career Ownership, and Servant Leadership 
  • Business, Strategic, and Financial Acumen 
  • Personal Branding 

Networking dinner to connect with fellow participants and industry leaders 

Day 2: 

  • Panel discussion with C-suite executives who recently made the leap to the top 
  • Post-program mentoring opportunities with seasoned executive mentors 
  • Collaboration opportunities with fellow participants for future professional growth 

Note: Pre-work is required for each session prior to the event.

  • Limited to 45 participants 
  • Hotel block available for attendees 
  • MCWT Members: $595 
  • Non-Members: $695 

There is no fee to apply, but a participation fee is due upon acceptance.
