A small volunteer team (3–6 people)—in partnership with the MCWT staff liaison—to keep our volunteer system organized, clear, and easy to use. Your focus is lightweight coordination: set simple rhythms, delegate tasks, and remove blockers so the team can execute.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting cadence: Plan bi-monthly meetings with the staff liaison; set agendas, facilitate, document decisions, and assign owners and due dates.
Work coordination: Delegate well-scoped tasks, monitor progress, and follow up to ensure on-time completion.
Documentation & Processes: Maintain current forms, guides, and links; uphold naming conventions and file organization.
Scheduling Support: Partner with program leads to post and fill one-day K-12 program shifts and maintain ongoing Operations roles.
Light Reporting: Provide brief updates on role coverage, needs, and next actions.

Qualifications
Strong organizer with clear, professional communication skills.
Experience in volunteer coordination, program operations, or basic workflow/CRM tools (e.g., Neon CRM, Microsoft 365) is helpful but not required.
Comfortable delegating, setting timelines, and following up.
Collaborative, reliable, and able to maintain momentum with a small weekly time investment.
