The University Programs Scholarship Alumna Lead supports the University Programs mission by strengthening engagement with scholarship alumnae and helping build lasting connections between former scholars, current students, and program stakeholders. This role is well suited for volunteers who enjoy relationship-building, mentorship, outreach coordination, and creating meaningful opportunities for alumnae involvement. The lead will serve as a key point person for scholarship alumnae engagement, helping identify ways alumnae can maintain a connection to MCWT via mentoring, events, and program awareness efforts. This includes reconnecting with past scholarship recipients to understand their interests, and supporting website updates that highlight the alumna network.

Help elevate scholarship awareness by sharing alumnae stories, promoting participation opportunities, and identifying ways to strengthen the scholarship community.
Ideal Skills & Experience

They are comfortable serving as a program point person, identifying engagement opportunities, coordinating outreach details, and following up to keep activities moving forward. They are also passionate about strengthening the scholarship community and creating meaningful ways for alumnae to stay connected and involved.
