The leader of MiTechNews is Mike Brennan, veteran journalist and entrepreneur. He founded MiTechNews.com in 2000, the first website in Michigan exclusively devoted to technology news. MiTechNews also was the first business publication to offer a weekly e-newsletter in Michigan, and both audio and video podcasts. His MiTechTV video show livestreams on Facebook weekly.

Mike and his team are experts in all things technology with emphasis on Industry 4.0, mobility, artificial intelligence, autonomous and electric vehicles, IoT, blockchain and cryptocurrencies, climate-change-mitigating technologies and smart cities. Most important to the MCWT community is Mike’s enthusiastic support for our vision: to make Michigan the No. 1 state for women and girls in technology.
