Tiauna Ross

Tiauna Ross is a technology executive with a passion for advancing secure innovation at the intersection of technology, people, and business processes. She is a Senior Director of Cybersecurity at Stryker Corporation, a leader in the medical technology industry, where she leads global teams focused on security transformation, security architecture, and developer-centric security enablement. Tiauna is known for bringing clarity to complexity and building trusted partnerships across engineering, IT, and business units.

Tiauna has been an active and committed member of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology community for several years. Her engagement is fueled by a strong belief in representation, access, and opportunity—especially for women and underrepresented groups in the cybersecurity and technology fields. Now serving on the MCWT Advisory Board, she brings her industry expertise, network, and strategic insight to support MCWT’s mission of inspiring and growing girls and women in tech across Michigan.

Tiauna has B.S. and M.S. degrees in Accountancy from Western Michigan University and holds several professional certifications across finance, project management, business analysis and cybersecurity domains.
