Stephanie Kuczynski

Stephanie Kuczynski brings over 10 years of experience in data and analytics leadership to her role at Little Caesars, where she leads a team focused on business intelligence and data engineering. Stephanie thrives on helping her team grow, learn, and achieve those “aha” moments that turn complex challenges into clear solutions.

Stephanie has been involved with the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT) since 2017 and has been a passionate advocate for women in tech, supporting initiatives that elevate talent, foster inclusion, and create real impact across the state. Her involvement reflects her commitment to lifting others whether by mentoring, volunteering, or guiding new voices in the industry.

Outside of work, Stephanie values time with her husband and daughter, grounding her busy career in the joy and perspective that family brings. She believes in leading with empathy, learning by doing, and always celebrating the wins, big and small, that come from collaboration and curiosity.
