Stephanie Geha

Stephanie is a Global Account Manager at Pure Storage, supporting major automotive and mobility accounts globally, with a strong home base in Michigan and the Detroit region. She brings 20+ years in tech, built in Detroit, sharpened in Miami, and battle-tested in Chicago, now back home in Detroit. She’s known for making complex infrastructure conversations simple, direct, and outcome-driven, and for moving fast when the stakes are high.

Passionate about mentorship, Stephanie started early by mentoring foster teens, and she still gets the most energy from helping people find their edge and use it. She’s equally committed to paving the way for more women in tech. As a Board Advisor to Michigan Women in Technology, she supports mentorship, sponsorship, and leadership pathways for women in tech.

Off the clock, she’s outnumbered by her twin girls and unapologetically obsessed with English Bulldogs.
