Shivani Raina

As a results-oriented people leader, Shivani is responsible for providing vision and roadmap for Automotive Data Product and Services product line at Stellantis. Shivani started her career as an Application Developer and went on to hold a variety of leadership roles across various IT disciplines, both regionally and globally, including Connected Offboard IOT Platform, Digital Transformation, Data Engineering and Self-Service Analytics. Shivani holds a Masters in Embedded System Programming from Uppsala University and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Pune, India. Shivani is also a recipient of Women of Color – Technology Rising Star 2021.

As a global leader, Shivani is known for creating successful foundation via strong teams with an emphasis on growth and impact. Shivani is a people leader and serves as a mentor to many.

Shivani is a strong advocate for women and mentoring in general.  She was one of the first members of Stellantis Connecting Women in Technology, which is dedicated to the development and community of women with the goal of informing, influencing and empowering women in technology careers within Stellantis. She pioneered a forum #connect.Mentor within Stellantis to provide mentorship to people at all levels across the company. Shivani has been an active member of MCWT and is currently on the Advisory board and leads the Measuring Impact committee.
