Rachel Curry

Rachel Curry is the Director of Finance, Human Resources and Corporate Staffs IT at General Motors. In this role, Rachel leads the development and delivery of applications supporting corporate functions, including financial planning and analysis, human resources management, payroll, legal, global business solutions, controllership, accounting, treasury, tax, customs, audit and risk management. Rachel partners with the business to ensure our IT investments are addressing the most significant company priorities and challenges through engineering, automation and simplification of the relevant business processes.

Prior to joining GM directly, Rachel supported GM as the Systems Delivery Lead for Capgemini where she facilitated the initiation and execution of the approved project portfolio. She led the Application Integration Management Domain which included the PMO, Quality Assurance, Testing and Architecture teams.

Prior to Capgemini, Rachel held a variety of positions at EDS deploying ITIL processes at GM, engineering plant floor systems and end-of-line vehicle diagnostic applications including Dynamic Vehicle Test and Vehicle Flash Programming.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University at Buffalo.
