Mona Deliwala

Mona is a transformational technology leader with deep expertise in strategy, solution delivery, and organizational design. Mona leads an all-female internal consulting team that delivers high-impact digital and operational strategies across Jackson National Life Insurance Company (Jackson^®). Known for her unique blend of technical depth, business acumen, and inclusive leadership, Mona has driven multi-million-dollar initiatives that improved efficiency, reduced costs, and enabled innovation across Fortune 500 companies in the Aerospace and Defense, Telecommunications, and Financial Services sectors.

Mona is a committed lifelong learner, holding an Executive MBA, an M.S. in Statistical Computing, a Master’s Diploma in Software Engineering, and a B.S. in Statistics. She is also certified in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, and several programming languages. Her diverse upbringing and career journey—often as the first woman in technical roles—fuel her inclusive leadership style and outside-in perspective.

Mona is passionate about food insecurity and has served on the board of the Greater Lansing Food Bank since 2021. In her free time, she enjoys creating art, reading, and exploring new cultures through travel.
