With a distinguished career in IT Sales, Melinda Ann brings integrity, drive, and compassion to every professional endeavor.

Melinda Ann’s dedication to uplifting others extends beyond her workplace. She is actively engaged in influential organizations such as the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (AB), Alliance of Channel Women, Eye Care for Detroit (B), CIOs Against Cancer (B) and DSDT (B). Through these board positions and memberships, she fosters connections, champions fundraising, and supports innovative initiatives that positively alter individuals and communities.

A passionate volunteer, Melinda Ann exemplifies service and leadership. At Vista Maria, she has made a lasting impact as a mentor within the DREAM Program, guiding young women toward personal growth and success. Her exceptional dedication was honored with the 2016 Outstanding Mentor Award. Melinda Ann also mentors young professionals through WomSa and WiCys. As Moderator for the Michigan Chapter of Alliance of Channel Women, Melinda Ann recently received the inaugural and prestigious Carolee Cannata Inspire Award which highlights an individual who inspires others through compassion, generosity, trust and courage.

Melinda Ann’s advocacy for organ donation is both personal and profound. As a living kidney donor, she has given the gift of life and continues to champion organ donation awareness. Melinda’s impactful story has been highlighted nationally—she was featured on the cover of the UNOS 2010 Annual Report and honored as Michigan’s featured donor, inspiring countless others to consider organ donation. Melinda Ann is a lifetime supporter of Gift of Life Michigan and the National Kidney Foundation.

Melinda Ann O’Neill lives in Belleville, MI with her husband Dr. Jim O’Neill. They have 7 kids and one granddaughter.
