Lori Koza is the Executive Director of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation (MCWT), where she leads the organization’s efforts to make Michigan the No. 1 state for women and girls in technology. A tech industry veteran and longtime MCWT champion, Lori brings over 30 years of experience in enterprise software sales and business development across global leaders such as Amazon Web Services, VMware, CrowdStrike, ServiceNow, HP, and Symantec.
Since joining MCWT in 2005, Lori has volunteered across numerous programs, served as a mentor, and provided strategic insight through the foundation’s advisory board. Her expertise spans cybersecurity, cloud computing, AI, and digital transformation—areas in which she has consistently driven innovation and business value. Her entrepreneurial mindset and passion for community engagement have made her a trusted leader in both corporate and nonprofit settings.
Lori’s deep commitment to fueling Michigan’s tech talent pipeline and her two decades of action behind MCWT’s mission uniquely position her to drive the foundation’s next chapter. In partnership with MCWT’s leadership team and board, she is focused on expanding programs, strengthening partnerships, and cultivating a thriving network of professionals, volunteers, and corporate allies to inspire and grow women in tech.
