Lisa Speaks

Having more than 30 years of technical staffing experience spanning most aspects of recruitment and human resources, Lisa joined the FastTek team in 2016.  As Vice President of Talent Acquisition, she leads the development and implementation of strategic talent acquisition plans and is continuously looking for opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency in the areas of Recruiting and Human Resources. 

FastTek provides IT and engineering resource and staffing solutions, executive search expertise, contract-to-hire programs, consulting services, impact sourcing initiatives, managed services and off-shore sourcing options.

Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University and loves to return to campus to cheer on the Spartans!  Although a Spartan at heart, Lisa also finds herself on campus in Ann Arbor with her two children who attend the University of Michigan. 

She is a member of the Michigan Counsel of Women in Technology (MCWT) and Staffing Industry Analysts. 

Outside of the workplace, Lisa enjoys cooking, reading, traveling, running, and spending time with family.
