Joey Paul

Joey Paul is a Detroit-area technology leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting Southeast Michigan’s automotive and enterprise community. His career spans enterprise IT, global technology services, and executive sales leadership, where he has partnered with leading organizations to advance infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity, cloud adoption, and digital transformation initiatives. 

Joey spent nearly a decade with Ford Motor Company in enterprise IT roles, contributing to complex global technology programs supporting mission-critical operations. He then spent 17 years with NTT DATA in progressive sales and sales leadership roles across its global networking, data center, and cloud services portfolios. 

Currently serving as an Account Executive at NWN Carousel, Joey partners with enterprise clients to design technology strategies that enhance operational resilience, productivity, and innovation through advanced networking, cloud, collaboration, and AI-enabled solutions. 

A lifelong Michigander, Joey is deeply committed to his community. He and his wife are raising six children, including two high school-aged daughters, which has strengthened his passion for expanding opportunity and representation for young women pursuing STEM pathways. He also volunteers with Fostering A Legacy, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals and families impacted by foster care. 

As a member of the MCWT Advisory Board, Joey is committed to advancing initiatives that support women in technology and Michigan’s innovation economy.
