Joe Luginski

Joe Luginski is the Enterprise Technology Consultant for ChoiceTel in Michigan, bringing more than 45 years of experience in IT sales and sales leadership. His career includes senior roles at industry leaders such as AT&T, Nortel, CenturyLink, Tata Communications, Masergy, and Cloudflare. 

In his current role at ChoiceTel, Joe partners with technology providers and enterprise organizations to guide customers through digital transformation initiatives. He delivers comprehensive, project‑based consulting across voice, data, mobility, cybersecurity, cloud services, disaster recovery, and infrastructure support—helping businesses operate more efficiently, securely, and confidently. 

Beyond his professional work, Joe has been an active community leader, serving both as Councilman and Mayor of Clarkston, Michigan, where he resides.
