Jill Turpin

As a career sales and business executive, Jill has led top-performing teams driving strategy, client partnerships, and outstanding business outcomes.  She currently lead’s Workday U.S Healthcare Insurance business, helping them transform enterprise applications for greater business impact.  Before Workday, she was the Managing Director leading Healthcare at Microsoft and spent 14 years leading multiple organizations at Cisco.

Jill is passionate about making an impact in her community, serving on several boards and committees related to technology and women in the workplace.  In 2023 Jill served as the President of Michigan Council of Women in Technology, where she previously was the Vice President and has held multiple board and leadership roles. For nearly 20 years, Jill has helped MCWT deliver on the Mission of making Michigan the #1 State for Women and Girls in Technology.

In 2021, Jill was recognized as one of Crains 100 Most Influential Women in Michigan.  She also completed her graduate work in 2022 with a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University.
