Jen Trammell

Jennifer Trammell is a strategy and transformation leader focused on helping organizations align technology investments with business outcomes. As a member of the Strategy & Transformation team at Advizex, a Myriad360 company, she works with executives to drive digital transformation initiatives, accelerate AI adoption, strengthen organizational alignment, and guide the people side of change. 

Drawing on a unique background that spans business strategy, communications, and leadership development, Jennifer helps organizations translate complex technology initiatives into clear, actionable strategies that inspire adoption and deliver measurable impact. Her work centers on bridging the gap between technology, business objectives, and workforce readiness. 

Jennifer earned her MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and holds a degree in Journalism from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications. She is an active community leader and currently serves as President of the Northwestern University Club of Columbus.
