Ellece Campbell has been a passionate member of the Metro Detroit IT community for almost 30 years. After graduating from Central Michigan University (FIRE UP, CHIPS!) she began her career helping companies fulfill their IT objectives through building strong teams. In subsequent years, she built and led sales teams of her own. She moved over to channel and managed services sales, helping organizations modernize their landscapes. Always an advocate for women in IT, she has initiated and led Women’s ERG on a regional and national capacity with her employers. She is currently providing managed services for Metro Detroit and global clients as an Account Executive at NWN Carousel.
Ellece has been an enthusiastic volunteer, member and supporter of MCWT since 2012. She has been a member of the Partner Engagement Committee and the Membership Committee. She served as the Task Force Director for Membership Committee for over five years. Before her current service as Board Secretary, she served on the Advisory Board for 3 years and co-chaired the AB for 2 years.
Ellece is also a proud active member of SIM Detroit. At SIM, she has been a member of the Membership and Marketing committees and has served on the Executive Committee as Marketing Chairperson for 2 years. She currently serves on the Executive Committee as the Career Development Committee Deputy (SIM Detroit RISE and SOAR.) Ellece enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, live music and tennis. She is married and is the proud mother of three adult sons who bring her a lot of joy.
