Dan Cachia

Dan Cachia is a Senior Sales Executive at CMK Resources, an IT Workforce Solutions company headquartered in Michigan and serving clients nationally. In this role, Dan works directly with IT leaders and HR teams to identify and solve workforce challenges — whether that’s a single critical hire, a contract engagement, or a broader strategic staffing solution. He serves as the primary relationship manager for CMK’s direct client base, bringing 30 years of experience in IT staffing and talent acquisition to every conversation. Dan has spent the majority of his career supporting clients and candidates throughout Metro Detroit, helping organizations build strong technical teams and guiding professionals through well-timed career moves.

Throughout his career, Dan has held leadership roles in account management, sales, and executive management across contract, direct hire, and strategic staffing engagements. He is known for his consistent follow-up, honest approach, and his ability to connect the right talent with the right environment by taking the time to understand technical needs, team dynamics, and company culture.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hillsdale College. Outside of work, he and his wife Jill have been married for more than 27 years. They are proud parents of Sydney, a newly certified Physician Assistant, and Daniel, who is currently pursuing his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Detroit Mercy.
