Cortney Ventrone

Cortney Ventrone is a passionate communicator and relationship builder with over a decade of PR, marketing, and sales experience based in primarily the startup/SMB world. After hiring into AHEAD as a field marketing leader in 2021, Cortney recently made a career move that allows her to support clients directly and help them solve complex problems with technology alongside some of the best talent in the industry.

During her time in the startup world, Cortney had the opportunity to co-host a radio show on WJR 760AM with Detroit media personality, Guy Gordon, was featured on many local news shows including a series on Channel 4’s “Live in the D” when it was hosted by Chuck Gaidica, and she worked to earn unpaid articles in many major Detroit and Ann Arbor publications.

Cortney currently serves on the MCWT Advisory Board and Partnership Committee, acting as a liaison between AHEAD and MCWT. She lives in Brighton with her husband, two growing sons, and sweet Auggie the doggie, and in her free time she enjoys cooking/baking, shopping, gardening, traveling, and being outside. She’s eager to be involved in such a critical and personal mission and looks forward to engaging with you.
