Chelsea Hurst

Chelsea Hurst is a Solution Manager at Dow with over 13 years of global IT experience. Chelsea has partnered with cross-functional teams in Finance, Purchasing, and Human Resources to design, optimize, and implement technology solutions that drive business success. 

Passionate about advancing inclusion and diversity in tech, Chelsea strengthened Dow’s Information Systems recruiting strategy, launched its first IS apprenticeship program to address talent and diversity gaps, leads the intern program, and supports the IS Rotational Program while continuing to champion early career development across the CIO organization. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University with a concentration in Information Systems and ERP Software. Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys riding her Peloton bike, spending time with family and friends, volunteering to support women in technology, and traveling to anywhere there is a beach.
