Chelsea Hurst

Chelsea Hurst is an Associate Talent Manager for Information Systems at Dow. She is responsible for executing the IS recruiting strategy, establishing a new apprentice program, and leading the execution of several CIO learning initiatives.

In her 10+ years at Dow, Chelsea has partnered with various cross-functional global teams including Finance, Purchasing and Human Resources to support development, optimization, implementation and adoption of IT solutions to meet business needs.

Chelsea is a passionate alumni of Central Michigan University, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Information Systems with a concentration in ERP Software. In her free time, Chelsea enjoys staying active by riding her Peloton bike, spending time with friends and family, and traveling to anywhere there is a beach.
