Ashley Durling

Ashley has been with Consumers Energy for 3 years and is currently a Sr. Principal Security Engineer, responsible for designing and deploying platforms and services that help maintain the company’s security posture. She also previously held roles at Consumers Energy in IT Architecture and IT Audit & Controls. Prior to joining Consumers Energy, she spent 10 years in IT Systems Administration supporting various industries with a focus on servers, storage, and networking.

Throughout her technology career she has cultivated two core passions. First, she is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion for women in STEM careers, especially IT.  Second, she champions IT solutions that prioritize business partnership and value, security, compliance, and the big picture goals of the organizations she supports.
