West Michigan Tech Talent (WMTT), an industry council initiative of West Michigan Works!, partnered with Ingalls Pictures to create a video that inspires women and girls in our community to consider a job in IT.
Local women working in a variety of IT positions discuss welcoming IT community that exists in West Michigan and the importance of increasing the number of women in the industry.
