On Thursday, May 9, 2019, Ciber, an HTC Company, hosted 40 MCWT members for a speed mentoring event in Troy. This was an inaugural event for Mid-Late Career Mission Co-Leads, Vicki Hickman and Michelle Billingsley.
The event featured dinner, networking, a 10-person panel discussion, and six 8-minute speed mentoring sessions, both small group and one-on-one. Small group mentoring topics included: Challenges for professional women in tech, work/life balance, aspiring leaders, team leadership, and more.
