MCWT members and technology leaders enjoyed a networking and learning event on Dec. 10 at Microsoft’s new regional headquarters in Detroit.
The final ConnectNet of 2018 featured a presentation by Tracy Galloway, regional vice president at Microsoft, who spoke about her career journey into technology and how she arrived at Microsoft.
“Today, we don’t know what the future holds, but we do know that technology is going to lead it,” Galloway said.
She also acknowledged the work MCWT does in Michigan, noting, “Companies like MCWT are helping to shape the future of our next leaders.”
Attendees were encouraged to take a tour of Microsoft’s office space, which enjoys a view of Campus Martius, and other Detroit landmarks.
The next ConnectNet will be held at Comerica in Auburn Hills on Feb. 12.
