Robert Morgner

Robert is a technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation across cloud computing, data center infrastructure, and transformative IT technologies. Throughout his career, he has partnered with enterprise organizations to modernize their technological footprints, optimize complex architectures, and navigate high-impact digital transformations. 

Currently, Robert serves as a leader at Arista Networks, where he heads the Michigan region team. In this role, he focuses on delivering cutting-edge networking, cloud, and data center solutions that empower local enterprises to build resilient, agile, and forward-thinking infrastructures. 

A native Michigander, Robert is deeply rooted in his local community. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is dedicated to his family and actively invests his time in mentoring the next generation by coaching youth sports. He also enjoys making the most of the Great Lakes State by spending quality time on Michigan’s lakes. 

Prior to joining the tech world, Robert was a Science and Math teacher at the middle school level.  That experience is part of the motivation and commitment to the MCWT advisory role in helping to advancing education and opportunities for women in technology in Michigan.
