Pooja is a transformational Global Senior Compliance and IT Audit leader with over 25 years of experience driving enterprise-wide governance, risk, IT operations, cybersecurity, and data analytics initiatives across Global organizations. Currently serving as Global GIT Audit Lead at Whirlpool Corporation, she leads cross-regional teams and partners with executive leadership to modernize audit functions, integrate SOX with business operations, and embed risk-informed decision-making at the board level. Her prior leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker, MassMutual Financial Group, and Infosys reflect a consistent record of improving efficiency, reducing costs, strengthening cybersecurity posture, and building high-performing global teams aligned with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, PCI DSS, ITIL Framework and IIA. Beyond technical excellence, Pooja is deeply committed to talent development, executive leadership, and industry engagement, including board member with ISACA.
