MCWT is seeking three detail-oriented volunteers to serve on a newly formed Partner Sponsored Membership Subcommittee. This team will play a critical role in supporting our partner relationships by helping manage and maintain sponsored membership records, ensuring accuracy in data processes, and supporting communication with partner representatives.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy organization, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact behind the scenes while helping expand access to MCWT programming and community.
Subcommittee members will work collaboratively to:
Maintain and manage partner sponsored membership lists
Prepare and format import files for membership uploads and updates
Support data accuracy and consistency across sponsored membership records
Communicate with partner representatives to request and confirm annual membership updates
Help track changes, renewals, and participant information throughout the year
Collaborate with the Membership Team to improve processes and documentation
We are looking for volunteers who are:
Highly organized and detail-focused
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data lists, or CRM-style systems
Strong communicators who can professionally interact with partner contacts
Reliable and able to commit to consistent support (virtually)
Passionate about supporting women and girls in technology
Approximately 3 hours per week
Work may be completed remotely and on a flexible schedule
Subcommittee members will collaborate as a small working group with guidance from MCWT staff
By supporting partner sponsored memberships, this subcommittee helps ensure that sponsored individuals have seamless access to MCWT programs, events, and community — directly advancing our mission to grow and support women and girls in technology.
