Rebecca Bray serves as the President of Epitec, a leading staffing and workforce solutions firm headquartered in Southfield, Michigan. With a career rooted in strategic leadership and operational excellence, Rebecca brings a blend of vision, execution, and people-first leadership to her role. As a key member of the Executive Management team, she is responsible for driving the company’s growth strategy, fostering innovation, and ensuring Epitec continues to deliver exceptional value to its clients and consultants.

Rebecca is known for her collaborative leadership style and her ability to build strong, cross-functional teams. She works closely with department leaders to align business goals with customer needs and plays an active role in shaping the company’s culture and community engagement.

To support the high-performance environments of Epitec’s clients, Rebecca leads the development and execution of a best-in-class talent management strategy and employee experience. She is the architect behind Epitec’s relationship-focused culture that prioritizes making staffing personal for customers, employees, and partners. Rebecca’s leadership ensures that Epitec meets the challenges of the evolving staffing industry.
Her leadership has been recognized through numerous accolades, including Staffing Industry Analysts Global Power 150 Women in Staffing, Crain’s Nonprofit Board Leaders, and DBusiness Powered by Women, where she was recognized for her strong support of the community. Throughout her career, Rebecca has spearheaded innovative initiatives for underserved groups and helped non-profits better align board diversity within the communities they serve.

Rebecca is a part of the Forgotten Harvest Executive Committee where she serves as First Vice Chairperson and Treasurer. She is a SIM Detroit member, past president of Michigan Council of Women in Technology, and financial supporter and advocate of both Vista Maria and Cass Community Social Services. She holds a bachelor’s in business administration and marketing from Central Michigan University, and a certificate from Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development.
