Lakshmi Gudimella

Lakshmi Gudimella is a Senior Cybersecurity Manager at Whirlpool Corporation. In this role, she is responsible for developing and executing robust security strategies that protect the company’s expansive assets and fortifying these assets against emerging threats. She is a seasoned professional with several years of hands-on experiences in Cloud Security, Security Engineering, Threat & Vulnerability Management and Cloud Architecture. In her 14+ years of career, she has worked in various IT roles at Fortune500 companies such as Whirlpool, Wells Fargo, Assurant, Bank of America and BlueCross BlueShield and has demonstrated successes in supporting enterprise critical business applications in manufacturing, financial, insurance and healthcare domains.

Lakshmi holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at El Paso, she is a first generation immigrant living in SWMI with her family and enjoys visiting the Lake Michigan beaches. She is driven by a strong passion for giving back to the community and deeply committed to inspire women to pursue careers in technology.
