Amy Palazzolo

Amy is currently the Director of Software Engineering for KLA Services.

Amy has more than 30 years of experience within the technology sector of the automotive industry. At a Fortune 10 company, Palazzolo has led distributed global teams, blending the intricacies of technology trends with a human-centered approach and inclusivity. She believes teams already know how to solve complex problems, and that organizations need to change to reduce dependencies, roadblocks and bureaucracy so that they can do what they do best.

Amy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from Oakland University. She lives in Birmingham, Michigan with her husband and sister kitties, Chloe and Lilah. Amy enjoys traveling, photography, gardening, and being active outdoors. She has a passion for helping women succeed, caring for all creatures and the planet we share as our home.
