A Season of Gratitude and Giving

Dear MCWT Community,

As we enter this season of giving, I’m filled with immense gratitude for each of you and the passion you bring to advancing women and girls in technology. This time of year offers us a unique opportunity to reflect on all we’re thankful for—from our dedicated members and partners to the incredible young women shaping the future of tech in Michigan.

Today, we look forward to seeing many of you at our annual Gala, our biggest fundraising event of the year. Together, we can make a lasting impact and continue to grow the support, resources, and programs that empower the next generation.

In the spirit of giving, let’s celebrate our achievements and look toward a future where we all thrive. Thank you for being an essential part of this journey and the MCWT lifecycle.

With gratitude,

Dr. Orletta Caldwell
Executive Director, MCWT
