Michigan Council of Women in Technology Foundation
Dear Stakeholders,
As we transition into October, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable month of September MCWT has had across the state.
Our programs and events were met with incredible enthusiasm, and it was inspiring to see so many of you engage with our mission. We successfully hosted a series of Meet-Ups that brought together allies for women in tech, fostering invaluable connections and knowledge sharing. Each event highlighted the strength of our community and the importance of supporting one another as we navigate the tech landscape.
I particularly enjoyed my time in Grand Rapids for Tech Week, where I had the pleasure of meeting newcomers to MCWT. It was a fantastic opportunity to share our vision and expand our reach across the state. Connecting with individuals who are passionate about technology and empowerment was truly invigorating. Your commitment to enhancing the presence of women in tech is evident, and I am excited to see how we can continue to grow in West Michigan together.
September served as a fantastic kickoff to Q4, and I am thrilled about the initiatives we have lined up for the coming months. We remain dedicated to engaging our stakeholders at each stage of our lifecycle, ensuring that everyone feels valued and included in our MCWT journey.
As we look ahead, I invite you to continue supporting our mission by considering a donation to MCWT. Your generosity directly impacts our ability to provide programs, scholarships, and mentorship that empower women and girls in technology across Michigan. Every contribution helps us expand our reach and make a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
Thank you for your continued support and dedication to our mission. Together, we can make a significant impact in the lives of women in technology across Michigan.
Warm regards,
Dr. Orletta Caldwell
