“Ford Day” with MCWT Camp Infinity Inspires Future Leaders

Ford Day volunteers showed up from departments across Ford ranging from Manufacturing, Ford Credit, GDIA, and Legal all committed again this year to offer an entire day of service to MCWT – Camp Infinity, promoting the Ford brand. The volunteers provide insightful conversations and mentorship through discussions about their professions in IT and varying background stories about their career journeys. This annual program highlights the company culture, its people/career opportunities, products and services, technologies, and processes.

Ford continues to partner with MCWT as one of the top sponsors and supports Camp Infinity every year in its offering students grades 5-9 weeklong classes and introduction to technology with hands on experiences to help promote careers in STEM.

This year’s program left volunteers particularly impressed with the enthusiasm and eagerness of the campers to engage and learn about what life at Ford is like and how they can one day pursue careers that lead them to the doors of Ford Motor Company.
