Jessica Gruenberg

Jessica Gruenberg is Director of Software Development at Ally.  She has responsibility for overseeing software development for Ally’s core Insurance F&I applications which deliver first in class experience to their business partners and internal support partners, as well as dealers and consumers across the U.S. and Canada.  Jessica is a member of Ally’s women in technology group co-leading their Attract pillar which is committed to recruit and inspire talent across all levels of their technology organization to experience the benefits of WiT.

Graduating from Central Michigan University in Management Information Systems and starting her career as a software developer, Jessica has 35+ years of experience in technology.  She spent time with EDS and HP before joining Ally in 2012.   Although starting as a developer, Jessica quickly saw how her love of collaboration, organization and leading large efforts could be utilized in technology.  This well-suited combination has led to a life-long career that has been instrumental in her continuous learning and growing as well as the ability to raise her now grown son and two daughters and enjoy a blessed 34+ year marriage.

Jessica has previously participated in mentoring programs with BBBS of Michigan and is excited to be serving on the MCWT advisory board and continuing to promote technology to young women in Michigan.
