Many of Flagstar’s employees have provided their talents to MCWT over the years, including Flagstar’s CIO serving as MCWT president in 2021 and several other executives having served on the Board of Directors and Advisory Board. Its employees dedicate time to volunteer at MCWT events and participate in the annual golf outing and Gala fundraisers.
