Petic Lane

Petic Lane has over 25 years in IT working in various industries.  Leading many multi-year strategic initiatives, business model transformations, and technology modernizations in various business areas, including, assignments internationally. In her current role, Petic is helping to drive new innovations and transforming environments, defining architecture strategies to support the next generation of digital products and services.

Petic has a passion for mentoring growth in others and helping them explore their full potential. She strongly believes that self-knowledge and understanding will help others achieve their purpose. 

Petic has been an active Board Member for the past 10 years with The Performing Arts Conservatory in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Performance Arts Conservatory is a 501(c)3 organization that provides an environment where students can grow intellectually, focusing on their gifts and talents in music, dance, and drama, while training to be future leaders. Initially started as an after-school program, the conservatory has grown into a summer program and school that kicks off in the near future.

Petic holds an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science & Business Management from Northwood University.
