Marcy Farrell

Marcy Farrell is a Senior Sales Director with VAST Data.  As the new standard for enterprise AI infrastructure, organizations leverage the VAST Data Platform to serve their most data-intensive computing needs.  VAST Data empowers enterprises to unlock the full potential of all of their data in these key areas; AI, Compliance, Containers, Data Analytics, Enterprise Backup & Recovery and High Performance Compute. Launched in 2019, VAST Data is the fastest growing data infrastructure company in history.

Prior to Vast Data, Marcy was with Hewlett-Packard Enterprise for four years as an Enterprise Account Manager.  While at HPE Marcy engaged with clients to navigate the HPE portfolio of Cloud Services, High Performance Computing & AI, Intelligent Edge, Software and Storage.  She re-joined HPE after spending twenty-three years in the channel with Logicalis.  At Logicalis she specialized in transition service agreement technology impacts for clients experiencing merger, acquisition or divestitures. Other focus areas were Managed & Professional Services, Change Management and Security for clients with complex global requirements.

Marcy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University.  She interned with Hewlett Packard in college and has been in technology ever since.

She has been involved with MCWT for over fifteen years, is passionate about community-based giving and is the administrator of her city’s local Buy Nothing platform.

Marcy lives in Rochester, Michigan with her husband Joe and they have five adult children.  In her spare time, she enjoys golfing, gardening, canning, and is a proud military daughter and mom.
