Jill Bowen

Jill is the CIO Strategy Leader/Chief of Staff at Dow since August 2020 where she acts as the strategic partner to the Chief Information Officer/Chief Digital Officer. She manages and delivers special projects related to the IT strategy, including the Digital Dow vision and organizational goals. She collaborates with other functions to drive consistent messaging for strategic corporate priorities.

Throughout her 26-year career at Dow, Jill’s held various roles across IT, Purchasing and Customer Service.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Northwood University. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exercising and traveling.
