Susan Boyd

Susan Boyd is a Managing Partner at ChangeCanvas Partners LLC helping organizations to align strategy with execution and providing expert services in strategy design and planning, large transformations, AI governance, program and project management, and portfolio management. Previously, she was with Flagstar Financial as the FVP Chief of Staff to the Chief Information and Operations Officer (CIOO). Throughout her career Susan has successfully worn multiple hats across business and technology sectors driving IT Strategy, Agile Digital Transformation; Portfolio Management, Service Delivery, Account Management, and Vendor Management for a succession of Fortune 500 companies including Citigroup, AIG, Siemens, JP Morgan Chase, and Guardian Life. She is certified as a SAFe Practitioner Consultant (SPC5), PMP, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and ITIL Practitioner.

Susan’s participation with MCWT started shortly after relocating to Michigan. Early on, she volunteered as a mentor that she found to be both insightful and rewarding in discussing and shaping career opportunities for outstanding younger women. She is an active volunteer participating in the Summer Camps and regularly attends sponsored events such as ECS at Suburban Collection, Women’s Leadership Workshop in Grand Rapids, New Member events and the wonderful Golfing and Gala fundraisers.

Susan has earned certifications from Wharton School of Business in Executive Strategic Leadership. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut, supplemented by an MBA in Finance and Master’s Certification in Quantitative Analysis from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
